Influenced by our posture in our daily life, we’re often bend forward, making yoga backbends a great balance – on a physical and emotional level.
Backbends are emotionally liberating, stimulate your health and restore your inner balance. Executed incorrectly, they can cause stress and damage the spine.
During this workshop, we will look at the exact execution of backbends, unfolding their complete potential. Regular backbends do not only strengthen the muscles on your back, but also your emotional durability.

Some yoga experience is recommended for this workshop, but beginners are also welcome.
The workshop is divided into theory and practice. We examine the effect of backbends, while focusing specifically on the physical orientation of one, so that we can involve ourselves on deeper backbends without straining their backs.

Yoga mats are provided, but you can even bring your own
