Interview with Therese Taabbel

The Kitesurf World Cup Publishing Team, who organizes the Kitesurf World Cup in Germany, asked kitesurfpro Therese Taabbel some interesting and short questions about her life, her habits and other stuff everybody wants to know about this power girl from Denmark!
Interesting to know:
Therese Taabbel was around 8 years old when she first flew a kite. Her parents always supported her kitesurfing career and in 2010 she became a part of the Cabrinha team.
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: Please tell us three of your daily habits?
Therese Taabbel: Wake Up early, do my smoothie for breaky, go kiting or another activity if it’s not windy
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: How does a perfect day looks like?
Therese Taabbel: Morning workout, breakfast, kiting, and BBQ with great friends in sunshine
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: With whom do you want to change a day?
Therese Taabbel: Older me!
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: Who is your hero and why
Therese Taabbel: My mom, as she is one of the most powerful and inspiring persons I know. She has thought me everything.
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What would you be today, if you were not an athlete?
Therese Taabbel: Coach and personal trainer for young athletes. Helping other people reaching their goals!
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What makes you different from other athletes?
Therese Taabbel: I’m from Denmark and used to cold weather haha!
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What do you do in your training that is key to your success?
Therese Taabbel: I believe that mental training is very important. Being able to visualize your tricks to perfection, train your brain with positive thoughts and dream about your next goal.
KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: Who is going to be champion of the World Cup in Germany?
Therese Taabbel: I’ll guess we have to wait and see ;-)
