Usually, I write about my latest adventures I just went through, or the next exciting trips I am about to take on my bicycle. But today, I want to tell you about something important that I just realized – and that applies to you as well. The year is almost over, and I swear to God is was a great one. I was able to go on some amazing journeys, pushed myself way beyond my limits and met lots of inspiring people. But now, being stuck in London’s traffic and wading through a enormous bunch of emails made me understand that it’s time to calm down a bit. No worries, I’ll always stick to my crazy challenges, because that’s just what I love the most: Going further than I ever though I was able to, writing about my passion, motivating others to go out and start doing something as big. But now I also understand that in between the adventures, I need some time for myself. Otherwise, I won’t be able to get all the stuff done that I’ve planned already for 2017.

In my opinion, this is an important piece of advice that needs to be shared. Cool down and listen to yourself from time to time. This way, you will see very clearly what you have to do next – and by that, I’m sure we all will be able to make the next year even greater that this one!

STATEMENT
Taking time to calm down sometimes can be just as important as motivating yourself to go on awesome adventures. Don’t forget about that!
