Benjamin Wienke studied sports science at the Humboldt University Berlin and gathered his first work experience as a sports therapist and personal fitness trainer. Later he became the founder of a network for fitness and health as well as an initiator of a platform for postgraduate training.
Today, Benjamin works as a lecturer and trainer for sports and fitness. Apart from that he is writing his Ph.D. in sports psychology. The topic of his thesis is “Emotions and Sports.” He is also a sports addict: climbing, snowboarding, surfing, outdoor, golf, athletics, judo and sailing
