Munich – Germany
I got introduced into the world of surfing in France in 2002, when I discovered this new playground for myself – the ocean. Moving to the area of NYC for a few years and being able to surf every weekend, quickly turned a holiday hobby into a life’s passion.
Today I could not imagine a life without the ocean, neither without the people I’ve met across my journey. Surfing to me is more than just a physical activity – it’s a beautiful lifestyle, which has taught me to be more conscious and live a sustainable life.
I surfed through some winter storms in NYC at -15 degrees when I realized what it means to have a brain-freeze
I once had a paddle battle with a turtle in Puerto Rico… it won and took my wave
Teaching kids with autism how to surf has been one of the most beautiful experiences in surf teaching for me, I will never forget their bright smiles and loud laughter
