Once the thermometer climbs above 25°C, your usual pace suddenly feels like wading through syrup. It’s not a lack of fitness-it’s physics. Your body has to cool itself while running, and that costs energy. Smart summer training means accepting this, not fighting it. With a few adjustments, you’ll stay safe in the heat and even build resilience.
