I’m training a lot. I invest most of my time in running and athletic training in order to prepare for Ultramarathons. Especially in these phases, the climbing training represents an ideal variation for me. Demanding, but peaceful and smart…Climbing is not only good for improving one’s strength and endurance performance. It also helps to overcome fears, create self-confidence and on top, you do it in a very cool community.
