1. Charlotte, NC
Charlotte isn’t just another quiet little town down south. Extreme sports fans can enjoy climbing and whitewater rafting at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. There are also incredible mountain biking trails in Brevard, NC.
2. Denver, CO
This City is so close to the Rocky Mountains! It’s a paradise for passionate climbers: from alpine to bouldering, single-pitch to multi-pitch. The mountains are also perfect for hiking, biking, and trail running, and of course for skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
