Once again, the time has finally arrived. From 17^th to 25^th of June, the largest nautical festival of Northern Europe takes place for the 123^rd time – the so called “Kieler Woche”. Of course, our sailing expert Michael Zittlau joins this event as well according to the motto “in the middle instead of thereby”.

In addition to perfect weather, once again the Kieler Woche offers an exciting program. Whether art exhibition, music gigs, Kieler Woche for kids or the sailing highlights – with such a variety you’ll never get bored.

InspiredBySports is especially happy that Kieler Woche TV has managed to get our expert Michael Zittlau in front of the camera. At the beginning of the interview, Michael praises the phenomenal weather, before telling us how he and his team prepared themselves for the event. Because of the similar wind conditions, the preparations primarily took place on the Alster before they trained in Kiel in the last week before the showdown.
