Kitesurf Masters at Fehmarn
INSPIRED EVENTS

From June 3 to 5, the German championship series “Kitesurf Masters” took place at the Wulfener Hals on Fehmarn. At the German Championships, the best kites show spectacular battles in racing, slalom and freestyle every year.
ABOUT
Unfortunately, weak winds througout the weekend put a spoke in the surfer’s wheel. Racing and slalom were only possible during the first day, and unfortunately, the freestyler could not compete at all. This was the first time female female surfers started in the Slalom category. This new discipline will also be part of the Youth Olympic Games for the first time this year and is growing in popularity. The reason for this trend is that no special equipment is necessary.
