Our InspiredBySports expert Nele Wiese is a yoga and surf specialist. From October the 3rd on, surf-inspired women can participate in surf yoga and surf workouts with Nele in Berlin by booking a 10-week course or single lessons.

Surf fitness and surf yoga for women: Surf riding is addictive! Anyone who has been infected by the virus will always want to get back to the waves and the feeling of freedom and strength.

For these special days of the year you want to be perfectly prepared, because surfing is a sport in which strength, endurance and balance are required. Without paddelpowers and fast take-offs you can not surf waves. This is why surf-enthusiastic women can train again in Berlin together with Nele for their next surfing holiday.

The training takes place in small groups from October the 3rd to November the 21st, in the studio on tuesdays and outdoor in Berlin-Mitte on thursdays, and consists of 60 minutes of surf yoga and surf workout. In addition to the 10-week course there is also the possibility to visit only single lessons.

The outdoor training units are specially designed for female surfers and offer a balanced fitness program with functional training and surf yoga. In the O’Neill Girls Surf Workout by Golden Ride, the participants not only improve their fitness, but also build up a network of other surfers in their city.
