My name is Malte and I grew up in Berlin, Germany. But, my heart belongs to the Baltic Sea where I’ve turned every rock in and around Rostock.
When I’m not chasing the wind, I spend as much time as I can at university – but I have to admit, I just love waking up with sand underneath my feet.

I basically lived in my car for the last two years, allowing me to visit all the different spots in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein and Niedersachsen.
Difficult wind conditions and water depths made it hard to find the one true spot. I’ve solved that problem now and you are welcome to ask me about it.
