This is me

My name is Mads Wollesen. I am 24 years old and I’ve been a kitesurfer since 2008. I live in a beautiful city named Flensburg, which is in Northern Germany, close to the Danish border. Luckily I live very close to the beach and so I spend as much time there as possible.

 

In the unlikely case that there is no wind, I switch to wake boarding. The combination of both sports is just perfect for me. Besides all the sports activities, I study media and film.

I feel more comfortable in the water than ashore and I prefer watching the sky at night to watching films.

When I grow up, I want to become a documentary filmmaker.
