Trepp auf Trepp ab ××× heute gab es endlich mal wieder ein HIIT Treppenworkout und diesmal für die @adidasrunnersde Hamburg am #dockland. Neben den Treppen gab es noch einen ausgiebigen Circle mit allem schönen, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Danke an alle, die Gas gegeben haben bei der Kälte!
