Tough Mudder: A different kind of teamwork

No matter how strong you are as an individual. A tough mudder run can only be accomplished with your team mates. Don’t miss this event, an unforgettable experience with your friends.
ABOUT
Tough Mudder is defined as an obstacle course with a length of more or less 18 km. You have to prove endurance, physical and mental health as well as the ability to work in a team. A Tough Mudder does not measure the time nor does it select a winner in the end. It is all about teamwork and team spirit.
What you can expect from a tough mudder:
- running track of approximately 16-18 km
- more than 20 different obstacles
- a great amount of mud
- 40 tons of ice
- brilliant “mud” pictures of you and your friends/ team mates
- cold beer waiting for you behind the finish line
There will be helping hands everywhere. Therefore it doens’t matter whether you arrive on your own or with an existing team. The only thing we expect, is that you are willing to face your fears and push your limits.
