Jo Moraiz Surf School Biarritz, France

The Atlantic coast of France is perfectly suited for surfing, especially in Biarritz. Since the hosting of the first European Surf Championship, a lot of experienced surfers and beginners went to surf there. Founded by the French surfer who represented France in world championships throughout the sixties, the Surf School Jo Morraitz is one of the best at La Côte des Basques. Lapoint Surfcamps, Portugal

The vibrant surf scene of the Portuguese fishing town of Ericeira as well as the Surf School Lapoint provide the best conditions for learning how to surf. Go Surf, Lofoten Islands, Norway

Who won’t be to distracted by the astonishing landscape should take every opportunity to go surfing on the Lofoten Islands. George’s Surf School, Cornwall, UK

George Stoy can be described as really passionate and owns a surf school in Polzeath in North Cornwall. He focuses on improving surfers’ confidence and making surfing accessible to everybody. That’s why he pioneers projects such as the Polzeath Ladies Surf Club, which has around 50 local women surfing together twice a week. The relatively quiet seas at Ireland are a perfect fit for novice surfers.
