That’s what’s going on at the Red Bull King of the Air 2017

The Danish Nick Jacobsen won the “King of the Air” trophy in South Africa. On the Big Bay beach of Cape Town, around 8.000 viewers watched the competition for one of the most popular trophies in kite surfing.

 

From January 21st to February 5th, the adrenaline-loaded kite event took place again in Cape Town. The best and most fearless kiters in the world came together at Big Bay to get the sought-after trophy.

 

At events like this, star riders like Aaron Hadlow, Jesse Richman and Kevin Langeree were not missing, of course. Also the master of the Megaloops Ruben Lenten was back again to get the title.
