At Pop-Up Yoga in Munich, beginners and ‘pro – yogis’ meet to perform exercises together. The idea is to practice yoga with new people in different places. To find the right yoga flow outside of his normal studio.

Gina and Terry have implemented the Pop-Up Yoga idea together. The two started by asking various locations in Munich to host their session there. Already after the first meeting, the classes were almost completely booked. That was the breakthrough of the two yoga lovers. Since then, the Pop Up community or as the two say ‘yoga family’ has been growing steadily.

From yoga sessions, to travel, to events

Meanwhile, the many yoga meets, also include trips and events. So far, the destinations have included Portugal, Austria and South Tyrol. There the yogis spend their time together. From early bird yoga sessions to forest meditations, everything takes place. Sporty workouts and excursions round off the yoga trip.

The weekly Pop-Up Yoga events are pre-planned in advance on a weekly basis. Yoga meets and meditations take place from morning until late evening, outdoors and indoors, in different studios. Additionally, Pop-Up Yoga hosts online meetings where you can practice yoga with others from the comfort of your own home. The cost of the classes varies from 9-16€ per session. Moreover, the organization offers perks, such as a 5-hour pass or a monthly pass. If you sign up for the USC, participation is even free.
