Forest runs – the perfect running sessions
I love working out and especially running outside, in the wild nature. The forest is my personal favorite place for my daily running routine. The silence, the elemental sounds and the fresh air makes the big difference. Apart from the crowded parks and noisy streets of the big cities, this helps to find the needed motivation.
It is the natural ambiance that make it so outstanding. However, the peaceful surrounding can also challenge you and makes us to go to the limit of our ambition. I always feel that, when I am out in the nature doing trail runs, like the Rennsteig or Swiss Alpines. There one hikes over hill and dale, up and down… and eventually begins to curse every root, tree and mountain… Pure nature!
I often use this atmosphere also at work with my clients, to specifically create WOW-effects in order to release them from their daily routine and habits.
In Berlin, you can either drive to Grunewald or visit Berlins surrounding regions. There you have everything, one could wish for: beautiful lakes, vast forests… just nature!
Running training, but also many other exercises can be done perfectly outside.
