You want to be optimally prepared for your next surf trip this summer? Then girls: watch out. Our surf and yoga expert Nele Wiese invites you to her surf workshop starting in may in the heart of Berlin. 

Riding waves can cause addiction! Once you are infected by that surf virus, you will keep returning to the ocean and the waves, to feel it’s freedom and power. I know that for these specials days of the year girls want to be optimally prepared. So what’s a better preparation than my surf fitness and surf yoga workshop?

My workshop will be located in the heart of Berlin and will take place from 8th of May to 12th of July. In small groups, you have the possibility to train outdoor every Monday and Wednesday from the hours of 7 pm to 8 pm. My training is composed of 60 minutes surf-workout and 60 minutes of surf-yoga. Besides the course of 10 weeks, you also have the opportunity to join single lessons.

My surf experience showed me that without paddle power and fast take-offs, you can’t do surfing. Surfing is a sport, requiring power, endurance and balance. So don’t hesitate and join my workshop beginning on the 8th of May.

Be sure that the outdoor training is perfectly adapted for surfers and offers a well-balanced fitness program, including functional training and surf yoga. Furthermore, participants will not only improve their fitness, but they build relationships with all the other surfers in town.
