The thrills start again at the Kitesurf Cup Sylt 2017

Finally the Kitesurf Cup Sylt 2017 has started and until Sunday, everyone is invited to be a part of the exciting event. The international starting field, consisting of nine excellent teams, promises high class kite action and fascinating competitions.

At the beach of Westerland, in front of the German North Sea, a lot is offered during the upcoming days: Until Sunday international kitesurf pros will demonstrate their talents and kitesurf skills. And of course our kitesurf expert and German freestyle champion 2016 Marian Hund is a part of the competition on the beautiful Isle of Sylt. Together with the world champion 2015 at the race discipline Jannis Maus, he’ll meet tough rivals, like 25 years old Hannah Witheley from Britain or Paula Novotna from the Czech Republic. The three time British Champion is known as one of the best freestyle and big-air kitesurfer of the world. But also 24 years old Paula, who is recently in the 4th place at the world’s ranking, will try her very best.
Beside strong competitions, the Kitesurf Cup Sylt 2017 is also offering a various program for the whole family and is finally ending with a fantastic award ceremony at 4 pm on Sunday. We’re happy to be a part of this year’s Kitesurf Cup on Sylt and can’t wait to watch the breath-taking jumps in the rough North Sea.
