Paul Serin is 22 years old and a professional kiteboarder. In 2010, Paul won his first French Junior Championship, which wasn’t his last one. But, his biggest success was the 10th place at the world tour in 2015.

The Kitesurf World Cup Publishing Team asked Paul Serin some interesting and short questions about his life, his habits and other stuff everybody wants to know about this unique talent!

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: Please tell us three of your daily habits?

Paul Serin:

1. Checking the forecast
2. Little workout
3. Go riding

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: How does a perfect day look like?

Paul Serin:

It’s a windy and sunny day, with all my friend at the beach and in the evening we would have a bbq on the beach and enjoy a sundowner!

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: With whom do you want to change for a day?

Paul Serin:

John John Florence, just to see how it feels to get barreled at the pipeline!

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: Who is your hero and why?

Paul Serin:

Kelly Slater, such an inspiration for everyone and everything!

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What would you be today, if you were not an athlete?

Paul Serin:

Probably a journalist or a photographer.

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What makes you different from other athletes?

Paul Serin:

I just love to train and prepare as much as I love the reward in the end.

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What do you do in your training that is key to your success?

Paul Serin:

I never give up, and I never forget my ultimate goal!

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: Who is going to be champion of the world cup in Germany?

Paul Serin:

There are 4 guys right now who I would nominate for the win of the world cup: Youri, Alex, Carlos and Liam, but I’ll give my best to kick them out ;)

KSWC PUBLISHING TEAM: What was your highlight at the german world cup?

Paul Serin:

My first time there in 2012, the beach was full of people and I was more stressed by that than by my rapidly fast heart beat! I’m really looking forward to come back this year.
