STATEMENT

As the board is easy to stow, it is the optimal sports device to go. It can be quickly set up and 10 minutes on three different days per week can already make a big difference. Give it a try!

TRAINING

Start by getting on the board and hold on to a steady element. If you have a partner, that is obviously a great option. As you recognize you stand still and stable, you can try to let your hands go and try to keep the balance. From now on you can be creative and combine. Roll from left to right or bend your knees, these are the first steps for beginners. If you feel condfident enough you can beginn with tiny jumps in the air. A half rotation (180) to the left or to the right is the next stage. Make sure you have enough space!

Constant exercises on the balance board can lead to an improvement of your tee shot on the golf course or an enormous stability on the surf board. Furthermore, you will experience a great muscle growth and enhanced coordination skills.
