Go Out When the Conditions are Tough?
We all know that kitesurfing in tough conditions can be very hard sometimes, but, at the same time, kitesurfing in tough conditions can be the very best.
Here are 3 major reasons why you should practice when the conditions are very tough:
1. Learn quicker
Why is it actually a good idea to step out of your comfort zone? Right, if you push yourself just a little more than you would normally do, you will learn quicker and it will be a lot easier to do tricks when the conditions aren’t tough.
2. Become one with your equipment
If you really want to become one your equipment, it’s a good idea to go practice in very different conditions. Try light and strong wind sessions, improve your style in flat water as well as in deep water, and try to catch some waves.
3. Try different tricks
If you go out in very windy conditions, you will have the chance to try new things that you wouldn’t try under regular conditions. For example, you may have to focus on high jumps instead of staying on regular rotations.
