Des salles indoor, les m\u00eames stations, des classements mondiaux. Pas de WOD al\u00e9atoire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ton entra\u00eenement, l&rsquo;ordre compte plus que la vid\u00e9o Instagram. Tu alternes en permanence entre charge a\u00e9robie et travail de prise, de pouss\u00e9e ou de saut. Ceux qui ne font que de la musculation perdent sur les blocs de 1 km. Ceux qui ne font que courir \u00e9chouent au Sled ou aux Wall Balls.<\/p>\n<p>Si tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 lu la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspiredbysports.com\/hyrox-coach-qualifikation-lohnt-sich-die-zertifizierung\/\">logique des coachs HYROX<\/a>, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas ici de certifications. Il s&rsquo;agit des stations que tu peux monter sans salle.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00c9tape 1 : Farmer&rsquo;s Carry avec bidons<\/h2>\n<p>Officiellement : 200 m de Farmer&rsquo;s Carry avec kettlebells. Open Hommes 2\u00d724 kg, Open Femmes 2\u00d716 kg. Les pros vont plus lourd. L\u2019organisateur pr\u00e9cise lui-m\u00eame que cette \u00e9tape peut s\u2019entra\u00eener \u00ab lors de vos courses hebdomadaires \u00bb \u2013 soit avec la logique des sacs de courses.<\/p>\n<p>Variante garage : deux bidons d\u2019eau identiques ou kettlebells. \u00c9paules basses, c\u00f4tes rentr\u00e9es, pas courts. 4\u00d750 m ou 8\u00d725 m avec 30 \u00e0 45 secondes de pause. L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas la posture, mais une prise qui tient encore apr\u00e8s la course.<\/p>\n<p>La force de pr\u00e9hension est le facteur limitant silencieux. Les pros vont plus lourd.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la maison : un sac \u00e0 dos rempli, sangles serr\u00e9es, posture droite. 4\u00d725 m en fentes, talon actif. Si tu bascules en posant un genou, c\u2019est que le poids est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou que ta sangle abdominale manque de tension.<\/p>\n<p>Associe les fentes \u00e0 une course d\u20191 km en ext\u00e9rieur ou sur tapis. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette transition qui fait gagner les courses : les jambes br\u00fblent, la respiration s\u2019emballe, et pourtant le prochain bloc arrive.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00c9tape 3 : Wall Balls sans mur ni medecine-ball<\/h2>\n<p>Officiellement : 100 Wall Balls. Open Hommes 6 kg sur cible \u00e0 3 m, Open Femmes 4 kg \u2013 les hauteurs exactes d\u00e9pendent du setup de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, mais le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions reste 100.<\/p>\n<p>Alternative garage si tu n\u2019as pas de mur solide : squat goblet avec pause en bas plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 militaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 extension compl\u00e8te, 10\u00d710. Ou thruster avec une kettlebell l\u00e9g\u00e8re, si l\u2019\u00e9paule le permet sans compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Point cl\u00e9 : extension compl\u00e8te de la hanche. Beaucoup \u00e9conomisent en bas et perdent la balle en haut. En comp\u00e9tition, cela co\u00fbte des s\u00e9ries et fait monter le rythme cardiaque.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00c9tape 4 : Blocs de 1 km et le test de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du sled<\/h2>\n<p>Huit fois 1 km. C\u2019est l\u2019entra\u00eeneur invisible. Maintiens ton allure d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment en dessous de ton rythme 5 km. Objectif : pouvoir encore saisir, pousser, sauter apr\u00e8s chaque kilom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Le Sled Push et le Sled Pull (50 m chacun, charges lourdes selon la division) restent le maillon honn\u00eate impossible \u00e0 reproduire dans un salon. Une fois par mois, rends-toi dans une salle partenaire ou un affili\u00e9 Hyrox pour travailler la technique de tra\u00eeneau. Le reste de la semaine, tu ne remplaces pas exactement ce stimulus, mais tu construis la force des jambes avec des steps goblet lourds, des sprints en c\u00f4te et des fentes longues.<\/p>\n<p>Le Row et le SkiErg (1000 m chacun) se travaillent avec des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inspiredbysports.com\/rudergeraet-training-warum-das-erg-das-ehrlichste-ganzkoerper-workout-ist\/\">s\u00e9ances sur ergom\u00e8tre<\/a> ou sur BikeErg si tu en as un. Des transitions fluides.
