Quiconque passe la majeure partie de sa journ\u00e9e devant un \u00e9cran en conna\u00eet les cons\u00e9quences : \u00e9paules en avant, poitrine ferm\u00e9e, haut du dos arrondi. La suspension inverse sensiblement cette position, car elle am\u00e8ne les bras au-dessus de la t\u00eate et ouvre la cage thoracique. Ce n&rsquo;est pas un substitut \u00e0 plus de mouvement au quotidien, mais une vraie contre-posture accomplie en trente secondes.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height:1.5;\">Comment int\u00e9grer le dead hang dans ton quotidien<\/h2>\n<p>Le mieux avec la suspension, c&rsquo;est que tu n&rsquo;as besoin d&rsquo;aucun programme. Il te faut une barre stable et un peu de patience. Attrape-la \u00e0 largeur d&rsquo;\u00e9paules, paumes vers l&rsquo;avant, et descends de fa\u00e7on contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en position suspendue. Les \u00e9paules restent actives, pas totalement passives dans les articulations, ce qui prot\u00e8ge les tendons. Ensuite tu tiens, aussi longtemps que l&rsquo;effort reste agr\u00e9ablement intense. La premi\u00e8re fois, ce sera peut-\u00eatre dix secondes, et c&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait normal.<\/p>\n<p>Le moyen le plus simple de s&rsquo;y tenir : accroche-le \u00e0 quelque chose que tu fais de toute fa\u00e7on. Ceux qui ont une barre chez eux en profitent en passant, le matin au lever ou le soir avant de s&rsquo;asseoir dans le canap\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Progresse lentement vers des dur\u00e9es plus longues. De dix \u00e0 vingt \u00e0 trente secondes, puis maintiens ce niveau sur plusieurs s\u00e9ries.
