En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, au d\u00e9but, tu n\u2019as presque besoin de rien, \u00e0 part une bonne paire de chaussures. Les chaussures de trail ont une semelle bien plus cramponn\u00e9e que les chaussures de route, qui accroche sur les sols meubles, les racines et la boue.
