La salle remplace la salle de sport  &#8211;  une s\u00e9ance de 90 minutes sollicite simultan\u00e9ment le haut du corps, le tronc et les jambes.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis son int\u00e9gration au programme olympique en 2021, le bloc conna\u00eet une nouvelle vague de popularit\u00e9. En Allemagne, on compte aujourd\u2019hui plus de 500 salles, allant du petit mur communautaire \u00e0 des temples ultramodernes de 2 000 m\u00b2. La communaut\u00e9 est ouverte, bienveillante et sans barri\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Votre premi\u00e8re visite : ce que vous devez savoir<\/h2>\n<p>Location de chaussures d\u2019escalade (3 \u00e0 5 euros), sac \u00e0 magn\u00e9sie en option (souvent inclus). Une tenue sportive confortable suffit. Aucune corde, aucune baudri\u00e8re ni aucun pr\u00e9requis technique requis. Les parcours (blocs) sont cod\u00e9s par couleur et class\u00e9s par niveau de difficult\u00e9  &#8211;  de VB\/V0 (d\u00e9butants) \u00e0 V10+ (\u00e9lite).<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des d\u00e9butants r\u00e9ussissent des blocs V0 \u00e0 V2 d\u00e8s leur premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance. L\u2019essentiel ? Ne pas tirer uniquement avec les bras, mais pousser activement avec les jambes. 70 % de l\u2019effort provient des jambes  &#8211;  une nuance que les novices oublient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00c9viter les blessures : les trois r\u00e8gles d\u2019or<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. \u00c9chauffement :<\/strong> 10 minutes de rotations d\u2019\u00e9paules, de glissements tendineux des doigts et d\u2019escalade facile sur blocs pour monter en temp\u00e9rature. Des doigts froids sur des prises minuscules augmentent fortement le risque de l\u00e9sion du ligament annulaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Apprentissage des chutes :<\/strong> Atterrir syst\u00e9matiquement sur les deux pieds, genoux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9chis, en roulant vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re. Jamais tenter d\u2019amortir la chute avec les bras tendus  &#8211;  risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de fracture du poignet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Respecter les pauses :<\/strong> Pr\u00e9voir 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de repos entre chaque bloc. Les tendons et les ligaments mettent plus de temps que les muscles \u00e0 se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer. De nombreux grimpeurs tr\u00e8s performants p\u00e8sent moins de 70 kg. Le bloc d\u00e9veloppe naturellement la force n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<h3>Combien co\u00fbte une s\u00e9ance de bloc en salle ?<\/h3>\n<p>Billet journalier : 10 \u00e0 15 euros ; location de chaussons : 3 \u00e0 5 euros. Les abonnements mensuels vont de 40 \u00e0 60 euros. Des chaussons d\u2019escalade personnels sont disponibles \u00e0 partir de 50 euros.<\/p>\n<h3>Le bloc est-il dangereux ?<\/h3>\n<p>Avec une bonne technique de chute et un niveau de difficult\u00e9 adapt\u00e9, le bloc est un sport s\u00fbr.
