The points were so\u00a0close that the participants had to throw down their best tricks to get the last trophy of the championship and receive\u00a0the European crown. It was a fascinating neck-and-neck race but in the end the results were clear. Maikel Malero from Spain, who won the last 10 out of 11 FMX Championships, gave his best again this year and claimed\u00a0for the golden trophy. Vice champion became the french athlete\u00a0Remi Bizouard and also Germany was represented on the podium, as the 18 year old Luc Ackermann received the bronze medal in the overall European Championship.
