EMS – is it really that effective?

EMS

LEVEL: BEGINNER TO ADVANCED

There are two different forms of EMS training one has to distinguish between: statical & dynamical.

Particular effective and interesting is the dynamical training. Here, your body is constantly active, not only during the current phase..

The current pulses are embedded in the normal workout. When you are rowing, bodyweighting, kickboxing or even when you are working out using barbells. You can adapt the different exercises, depending on your level of fitness.

STATEMENT

Perfect training for beginner if you want to get back on track or support your muscle growth.

IMPORTANT

Like with any other exercise, it is important to be aware of correct breathing and techniques. During every session you will have a guide that gives you brief instructions and makes sure you don’t overstrain your body. Anyhow, don’t forget to listen to your body and take signals serious.

EXPERT EXPERIENCE

Progress can be noticed very quickly, particularly in the area of the core muscles. Especially for people suffering from back problems, EMS is a great training that can provide you with a kind of rehab. On top of that, it systematically helps to stimulate muscle growth in specific areas.

CHALLENGE

Keep it up and don’t give up ! The current pulses challenge your body extremely, but they aren’t painful at all. The good thing: the intensity is individually adjustable.
