BATTLE ROPE CIRCLE

SINGLE STEPS – Hurdle race / BATTLE ROPE CIRCLE
You need a Battle Rope and small obstacles or hat . These are placed in a row with about one meter distance from each other , so that one can make a step between hurdles ( later you can expand the distance of course ) . The exercise starts with a hurdling over the small obstacles . In the end one goes immediately to the Battelropes ( attached to the best on the wall bars in the hall ) . The whole training is repeated 3-5 times and then changes the way over the hurdles to run ( 1 legs together can . ” Frog jump ” ; 2. Jump over the hurdles , while the knee as high as possible take ) . Variation of Battleropeausführung : once alternately and even parallel.

- In the sprints and the ” frog jumps ” over the little hurdles do a slow test run whether the distance is OK .
